Wrote a structured user manual for eLogic Genesis covering system navigation, client intake, waitlist filters, and reports. Designed for new users with clear visuals and links to support resources.

Documented the full lifecycle of creating a custom ServiceNow application from scratch. Covered module creation, role setup, user/group management, list and form views, table extensions, and field configurations. Designed for system admins and ServiceNow developers as a hands-on how-to.

Authored a full lifecycle guide for case managers supporting youth in the TAY program. Covered client creation, applications, assessments, services, notes, and referrals.

CAP Guidebook

Created a compliance-focused guide for completing CSBG Community Action Plans. Walked users through eligibility, service planning, data entry, and submission.

eLogic Genesis Module 4 Guide

Created detailed reporting instructions for Module 4 in eLogic Genesis. Explained how outcome data is triggered and pulled, including filters, COVID-19 flags, and assessment logic.
